UniFi Access allows doors to be unlocked using modern, secure digital credentials — removing the need for physical keys or fobs. Users can store their access ID directly in Apple Wallet or on supported smart devices, enabling quick and secure entry using an iPhone or compatible device.

Access credentials can also be issued via QR codes, which can be downloaded to a mobile device and used instantly. This makes onboarding staff, contractors, or visitors fast and efficient, without requiring on-site setup or additional hardware.

For guests and temporary users, time-limited access can be created in seconds. QR codes can be sent directly to a visitor’s mobile phone, granting access only during approved time windows — ideal for deliveries, meetings, short-term staff, or managed properties.

The system is easy to manage through a central dashboard, allowing administrators to issue, revoke, or update access permissions instantly. Outdated credentials and logs are automatically updated, ensuring the system remains secure, compliant, and fully auditable at all times.
